Overview

Nestled in private, up-scale communities, these 3,4 and 5-bedroom homes and condominiums offer all the comforts of home just a 10 to 15-minute drive from Walt Disney World and other Orlando attractions.

Homes4uu features fully-furnished homes with full kitchens complete with appliances, separate bedrooms, living rooms, dining rooms and 2-car garages. Towels and linens are provided. All homes boast private, outdoor swimming pools.

Attractions such as SeaWorld and Universal Studios are just minutes away from Homes4uu Vacation Homes. Shopping, restaurants and entertainment venues are also nearby.

Important information

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Please note that the property address listed is NOT the address for check-in. Directions to the check-in location will be forwarded to guests 2 weeks prior to arrival. Please contact the property if the directions have not arrived at least 2 weeks prior to arrival.

Credit card authorized but not charged for USD 250 on arrival in the event of any damages to home.

Advanced notice must be given to Homes4uu at time of booking for guests traveling with pets.

There is a USD 35/Day 175/Week for electric pool heat.

Clean Fees: For stays less than 5 nights, the following clean fee would apply and will be paid directly to Homes4uu. USD 85 for three and four bedrooms and USD 95 for five bedroom plus tax.

Any misc items such as pool heat, barbeque's etc, USD 45 plus tax will need to be paid directly to Homes4uu along with the final payment 14 days prior to arrival. All items subject to appropriate taxes.
